Accord provides high quality integrated facility services. We are a facilities management company based in Sydney, but we also offer national coverage. Our services range from commercial cleaning, grounds and garden maintenance, to full-service integrated facility management.
Founded more than 30 years ago, Accord has built a reputation as a trusted, reliable provider that works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions. From our humble beginnings in a Sydney home-office, we have grown steadily to become a full-service provider and now deliver services for hundreds of buildings across Australia every day.

In 2015, we were selected as a finalist at the prestigious Facility Management Australia (FMA) awards for excellence. As a dedicated boutique provider of expert-led facilities management services, we were both humbled and honoured by this achievement.
The award was announced at the Grand Hyatt in Melbourne, recognising our service delivery at the Qantas Global Headquarters in Mascot, NSW.
