Accord was chosen to Project Manage the creation of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences Building’s Asset Register for the brand new state of the art teaching facility. Accord was tasked to identify, assess and log thousands of items ranging from HVAC equipment to office furniture. The Asset Register is an essential part of the Operations and Maintenance Plan, ensuring that all servicing is correctly conducted throughout the building. This critical part of the construction phase enables a smooth transition from Project Completion to facility management.
